Facility Plant Director

Our small assisted living facility is looking for a new maintenance director as ours is moving. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Need an all'round handy guy or gal that knows a little bit about a lot of stuff-especially broken stuff. One day it's a doorknob, the next a broken sprinkler head. The next day you might be dealing with the pest control guys. A sense of humor helps. Must be safety minded. Within some confines, you are free to make your own hours.
