Hendrick Chrysler Jeep FIAT (Fayetteville)Location: 543 N. McPherson Church Rd, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28303Summary: Primarily responsible for increasing vehicle sales for the dealership by generating sales leads by targeting service customers during service appointments.Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Meets dealership sales goals establish by the General Manager

Run daily reports to generate effective leads for both the New and Used Sales departments, as well as the Finance department from the Service department appointment list.

Greet customers in the Service Department daily to determine if there are any sales opportunities with scheduled service customers’ vehicles.

Engages in business development by interviewing service customers and presenting comparison reports of their vehicle versus purchasing a new/used vehicle.

Refer interested service customers to the sales department.

Addresses customer concerns.

Demonstrate effective follow up and follow through with customers.

Utilize software to prepare and present marketing materials and comparison reports to customers.

Prepare reports and metrics as requested by management.

Works closely with sales team, Sales Managers and Service Manager

Maintains CSI at or above Company standards

Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area

Participates in required training

Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system

Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values

Complies with Company policies and procedures

Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel. Strong interpersonal and skills.Attendance Expectations:The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.Environment Demands:Duties are performed primarily in the Business Development Center. Work involves continuous contact and interaction with customers and dealership personnel. Work includes movement around dealership facilities. Verbal and Writing Ability:Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to receive and communicate with customers courteously, efficiently, and professionally.Math Ability:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
