Beauty Industry entrepreneur is looking for a customer service representative/marketing assistant/personal assistant for her online business. You will be working in an in-home office setting in Temecula.

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:

> Must be comfortable with computers/technology, social media, Google Drive/Calendar, Canva (a plus!), processing orders + shipping.

> Forward thinking problem solver who can anticipate needs + assist with business and personal duties both online and around the home.

> Being a self-starter, extremely organized and the ability to pay attention to detail is a MUST.

> Marketing duties — organize photos, submit to websites and social media, create posts, track leads/conversion,

> Admin duties include but are not limited to: day-to-day management of calendars, phones, emails, running errands, maintaining files, reading and drafting responses to emails and other documents as requested, creating labels and shipping out products, organization of home and online systems.

> Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Preferred customer service experience.

> Experience in working with social media (private and professional) is a plus

> Ability to organize and complete all tasks without being reminded to do so, ability to multitask (wear different hats) and work with deadlines.

> Must be okay working independently, on your own and complete tasks on an on-going basis.

> Competent using both Mac and PC computers as well as Microsoft Office software, Android and iPhones, iPads etc.

> Dog + infant friendly please!

Schedule is flexible but aiming for:

8A-12P M-F (four or five days a week)
