SUSHI CHEF

Busy restaurant looking for sushi chefs. Must be able to work alone for long periods of time. Responsible for all parts of sushi, including setup station, prep, and sushi rolls and nigiri. Must be focused on all aspects of sushi, including quality and plating. This is not a fast food sushi restaurant. If you want to broaden your skills and knowledge on sushi, this is the place to learn and let your creativity blossom. CANDIDATES MUST FOLLOW RECIPES EXACTLY, KEEP STATION VERY NICE, NEAT AND CLEAN. GREAT TEAM WORK, GREAT COMMUNICATION. BE PUNCTUAL. MUST HAVE A CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE. MUST WEAR A CHEF COAT. GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO GROW AS A SUSHI CHEF. HIRING FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
