HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR, G. D. Nielson Construction, Inc.
Position open immediately.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiently operate one or more pieces of heavy equipment, including, but not limited to: Dozers, Compactors, Excavators, Backhoes, Loaders and Graders.
Comply with the Operations and Maintenance Guide for equipment.
Capable of performing the following tasks:
> Daily heavy equipment walk-around inspections and preventative maintenance responsibilities
> Site development operations as assigned or directed by the Foreman or Supervisor
> Other job-related duties as assigned or apparent, including physical labor
Follow site grading and operation plans and operate in a medium to fine grade environment
Safely perform job responsibilities in a busy environment
Operate equipment productively for continuous hours per day in all types of weather and ground condition
Understand the value of teamwork and communication
