Coffee Shop Site Lead – Barista Supervisor (San Diego)
We are looking for reliable, motivated and outgoing leader who can help supervise coffee cart operations and baristas at our coffee carts in San Diego. We operate at 4 locations; 3 in La Jolla and 1 in Hillcrest. Locations are open 6am-5pm Monday-Friday
We are filling two positions. AM Lead and PM Lead that will be Monday thru Friday only with a set schedule. Total hours are 25 hours per week.
Schedule:
o AM Lead: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-11:00AM
o PM Lead: Monday-Friday 12:00PM-5:00PM
Responsibilities:
o Visit each cart regularly and assist team members with any issues
o Ensure team members are following best practices, carts are clean, organized and well stocked
o Help address issues with cart equipment (Clover POS, grinders, espresso machines, etc…)
o Help make deliveries and stock carts
Duties & Qualifications:
o 2 years experience as a supervisor or manager in a food service role
o 2 years experience as a barista
o Timely and strong communication skills with team members and owner
o Self-starter
o Reliable transportation
o Other duties as assigned
