Pizza Cook

Looking for candidates for pizza line and pizza cook. We are a high volume brick oven pizzeria looking to fill a full or part- time position in the lakeview area. Kitchen experience is a must, and brick oven pizza experience is highly preferred as well.

All applicants must be willing to stage for a short shift (4 hrs or less) and possess the following qualities:

Minimum 2 years kitchen experience

Basic knife skills and knowledge of cutting techniques

Ability to read and execute recipes properly

Open, or close to open availability. Nights and weekends are a MUST

Be punctual, we’re looking for a “15 minutes early is on time” mentality

Be able to handle high volume while maintaining composure

ServSafe Certified (preferred)

Knowledge of restaurant opening and closing procedures
