Infrastructure Architect

Description There is an immediate opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee through Robert Half Technology for an Infrastructure Architect-apply today! This is a 6 month contract with possible extension at a client of ours in the Nashville area. The Infrastructure Architect will need to have extensive Architect level experience in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions (Servers, Storage, Hypervisors etc) and will also need the following required skills below:1)Cisco Hyperflex or UCS, Dell EMC storage, VMWare)2)Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web service deployment or management3)Great communication and experience leading efforts and people.4)He/She will be helping me with our international locations hence the importance of time management and communication skills. 5)O365 experience a plus Expert-level knowledge and experience managing and troubleshooting mid-tier class storage arrays with emphasis on EMC VNX and Unity, and Dell Compellent•Expert-level knowledge of VMWare products•Demonstrated experience with EMC RecoverPoint•In-depth experience with Cisco and Brocade fibre channel switchesADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:•Demonstrated experience supporting and configuring Cisco UCS•Experience with Avamar backup appliance and software (preferred)•Knowledge of AWS Cloud services such as EC2, RDS or Microsoft Azure (preferred)•Able to provide support and troubleshoot Windows Server and server hardware•Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast paced environment.•Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.•ITIL certification is preferred•Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, vendors and employees.•Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems.If this is something you feel you would be a good fit for please reach out to me today They are looking to move quickly!
