Direct Support Professional

The DSP will:

Ensure risk plans are implemented accurately and safely.

Maintain a safe and healthy living environment.

Assist individuals in achieving their personal goals.

Communicate effectively with client.

Document information accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to the support team.

Help individuals with their cleaning tasks or perform cleaning duties as needed.

Service Hours required (Monday - Sunday)

Shift 1 - 4:30 PM - 11:00PM

Shift 2 - 11:00 PM - 8:00AM

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
