As an HR Coordinator at Enterprise Holdings IT, you will be responsible for providing support to multiple HR functions, including but not limited to HR, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. In supporting the TA function, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition professionals, hiring managers, candidates, and extended Workforce Services team, to support and enable the full cycle recruitment and hiring process. In support of the HR function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for human resources activities related to personnel record maintenance, system data entry and management, FMLA administration, and benefit and policy administration. This position will manage the HR responsibilities for onboarding new employees. This position creates, updates, and maintains personnel records and human resources related files. The Human Resources Coordinator also processes forms, completes required documentation, and updates forms for human resources activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and build experience across multiple HR functions.Additional Responsibilities will include: Run a smooth and efficient recruitment process experience in direct partnership with Talent Acquisition and Workforce Services team Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on calendar management and scheduling for phone and onsite interviews, as well as technical assessments Build expertise in iCIMS ATS, track job requisitions and candidates through all processes to ensure a white glove candidate experienceCreate offer letters Initiate/manage the background check and drug screening processes for all new hires, and performs credit, background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks in accordance with established procedures Monitor and track employee referral process including communicating to all parties and follow up with referring employee regarding status of referral Ensure compliance with state and federal laws Generate and validate accuracy of standard & ad hoc weekly/monthly reports in response to organizational needs and legal compliance requirements Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition and HR to onboard all new hires Post positions in Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and Vendor Management System (Fieldglass) Creates, updates, and maintains personnel records and human resources related files Manage HR responsibilities related to onboarding new hires including responsibilities but not limited to, email communications to new hire and managers, hire employees into Workday, complete new hire paperwork, provide coordination support for New Hire Orientation sessions, etc. Must safeguard and consistently maintain highly confidential information Provides tier 1 support for employees to answer basic benefit and policy information; monitors Workforce Services mailbox Supports Human Resources Generalists FMLA case coordination and administration, and leave-of-absence requests following standard procedures. Assist with disseminating human resources policies and procedures through employee publications, communications, and/or meetings Assist with event coordination and HR program maintenanceEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransRequired Qualifications: Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future 1+ year of experience in a HR/TA related function at a coordinator level or above Experience providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced level with Microsoft Outlook and intermediate level with Microsoft Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Must be able to work independently Ability to comprehend and interpret general benefits/policy related topics Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Possess professional demeanor Strong grasp of corporate culture and protocol Strong problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Must display sense of urgency for quick turnaround on requests and follow through to completion Demonstrates initiative and creativity Provides support to multiple campuses Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilitiesPreferred Qualifications: Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems Experience with scheduling interviews and calendar coordination Experience running standard and ad-hoc reports Experience with FMLA case coordination and administration Basic administration knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field preferredAdditional Locations available to Candidatelocal campus flexibility
