Lead Enterprise Accessibility Analyst - PROJECT TEAM: Committed to improving our website, services, and documents to make them more accessible to those with disabilities, including those using assistive technologies (screen readers, etc.).ROLE: As an Enterprise Accessibility Analyst is responsible for providing expertise that facilitates decisions and strategy for accessibility and inclusive design. - Will serve as the key accessibility SME for product development teams and will test, solve, and consult on accessibility issues at all stages of the lifecycle, working with teams to mature this capability and support organizational process improvement.-

Must be familiar with accessibility requirements and standards (Section 508, WCAG, etc.) and how to apply them in documents, software and web-based products. - Will work with digital content owners from across the organization to provide accessibility assessments and advise on remediation efforts. - Collaborate with designated web accessibility liaisons to implement training, communications, resources and advice in support of accessibility and inclusive design. - Lead and educate fellow employees about the importance of making our applications and websites inclusive. - Understand how assistive technologies work with current and future software architectures, other assistive technologies, and other programs. - Communicate and integrate regulatory and accessibility roadmaps across the corporate portfolio in partnership with stakeholders. Day to day responsibilities:- Research and identify new methods and technology in the area of inclusive user experience.- Performs accessibility assessments of company websites and web applications- Evaluates websites, web development tools, and web applications under consideration for purchase.- Tests, evaluates, and recommends web accessibility related software and assists with designing web accessibility best practices- Monitors internal applications for compliance of accessibility standards- Reviews and recommends new assistive technology for employee needs- Reports relevant information as applicableREQUIRED SKILLS:- Proficient using accessibility testing tools (WAVE, Axe, Chrome DevTools)- Proficient with assistive technologies, such as screen readers (JAWs, NVDA, VoiceOver)- Knowledge of front-end development tools, including semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA- Familiarity with WCAG and US disability laws- Ability to work closely with developers to iterate through fixes and new solutions by evaluating code and providing accessible recommendations for fixing compliance issues- Functions in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication.- Actively fosters collaboration, evangelizes and promotes inclusive experiences within the company, and can juggle several high-level projects - Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction- Will need to collaborate with and influence staff in all roles and at all levels within the team.- Experience with multiple platforms (e.g., Windows, web, telephony, voice, wireless, PDA, web-based training)PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: - CPACC, CUA, CXA, WAS ManpowerGroup is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA)
