Your future duties and responsibilities • Participate in the full software development life cycle from scoping, design, implementation, and quality assurance to delivery and support • Collaborate with team members to find better, more efficient ways of doing things, and at times serve as a team lead • Solve interesting business and technical problems to meet client needs • Design and implement multi-tier software using the latest technologies, such as Java, ASP.NET MVC, PHP, AngularJS, and SQL Server • Be part of a fast-paced team providing leading IT solutions to local enterprise clients Required qualifications to be successful in this role •Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise, full life-cycle solutions preferably using Java, .NET, or PHP and relational databases, such as SQL Server or Oracle •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter experts (SME) •Strong experience building end-to-end web applications and utilizing web API frameworks such as MVC, Spring, or Hibernate •Demonstrated ability to recognize business needs, process requests, recommend solid technical solutions, and lead in delivering the solution •Preferred experience as a Technical or hands-on Team Lead assisting with design and code reviews, task assignments, and guiding best practices •Mentor and support junior team members •Strong problem solving skills and relentless attention to detail •Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field Skills What you can expect from us Build your career with us.
