Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager III with our client in the SEO industry in their Kirkland, CA location. This is a 9 month + contract position. Description: Seeking a Technical Program Manager III
  • OEM Partner Engineering
  • Technical Solutions Consultant
  • Partner Management & technical support

Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with OEM and carrier business development, product and engineering leads to understand product direction and ensure it is in alignment with partner needs.
  • Track & prioritize all feature requests and bugs needed to complete project objectives through each stage of the project, identify gaps and propose process optimizations.
  • Manage schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to stakeholders, and propose solutions.
  • Work across functions, teams, and product areas to manage dependencies

Requirements:

  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5+ years of industry experience in technical support, professional services, engineering, sustaining engineering, or systems engineering.
  • Partner Management experience
  • Familiarity with Android app development and/or Android ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in Korean (required); English proficiency
Desired:
  • Experience with app development and/or Android ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and debugging issues reported by external partners
  • e xperience with various DBMS, SQL, data mining and analysis.
