- Participate in creation of customer specific account action plan along with Sales and Customer Success Managers by utilizing company value propositions that align with customer’s digital transformation strategies. strategic business objectives, create solution approach papers, and identify company relevance to deliver point of view
- Communications digital enablement platforms, industry trends through workshops, meetings, webinars, conferences architecture that addresses customer’s requirements and business objectivesinto low level design to further develop proposal in response to customer requirements
- Develop customer point of view (POV) which will have significant impact on customer’s
- Lead Point of view (POV) based discussion and educate customers about us
- Responsible for end-to-end solution vision and design. Create high-level solution
- Work with Solutions Engineers, Subject Matter Experts to translate solution architecture
- Be the owner of large complex customer engagements through RFP, RFQ, RFI
- As an integral of part of sales, create and lead strategic efforts on building qualified funnel of opportunities for assigned customer accounts
- Build relationships with key stake holders within customer organization and gain deep understanding of customer’s existing IT infrastructure landscape. Assist customers to make the best decision to improve user experience, productivity, and efficiency
- Be the voice of customers, understand the technology requirements of market, participate in product development activities. Speak in customer / marketing forums to increase brand awareness, and propagate our portfolio and gain customer mindshare
- Minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience in a Sr Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect role in the industry with strong focus on IT infrastructure transformation for Fortune-500 Enterprises
- Minimum 5 years of experience in evaluating enterprise business requirements and designing complete technical/business solutions for complex enterprise environments
- Experience in creating solution approach papers, technical content, and customer engagement with point of view (POV) based selling
- Experience in designing, building, operating large scale and impactful IT systems - either on premises or in the cloud
- Excellent IT architecture skills – quickly understanding the problem at hand, an ability to rapidly assimilate or discovery key requirements, identify appropriate deliverables to communicate key concepts and requirements to multiple stakeholders with different levels of expertise
- Demonstrated experience in building next generation WAN solutions based on software defined networking technologies that include SDWAN/NFV, SASE etc.
- Demonstrated experience in building Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions in Microsoft TEAMS, Cisco WebEx Calling, Contact Center, SIP based Telephony and SBC
- Demonstrated experience in integrated security services (ex. DDoS, UTM, SGW, 2FA) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (ex. Visio, Power point, Excel, Word, and Power BI and Salesforce.com
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Strong presentation skills, knowledge of Point of View based Selling”
