FOH Manager

Aero Service Group is looking to add another highly motivated and talented manager to bring their experience to the BWI Airport.

What you will need to succeed:

2+ years' experience in full service restaurant/bar management

Passion for integrity of food, beverage and service

Ability to perform all financial duties for daily operation

Computer skills - proficient in Aloha, Excel, Word, Hot Schedules, and the ability to learn in house software for Accounting and Human Resources.

Commitment to a schedule that allows operational goals to be met

Responsibilities:

Participate in daily operations management of the restaurant

Utilize data to manage in a pro-active manner

Responsible for daily financial management

Provide quality customer service to all patrons

Ensure safety and security of both guest and team members

Participate in coaching, counseling, training and development of all FOH team members
