Electrical Traveling Foreman

One of our clients is looking for an Electrical Foreman to lead projects, ensure quality work, and maintain safety standards. This role requires travel and a strong ability to manage teams while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Oversee electrical installations, ensuring 100% project completion per blueprints.

Maintain budget control and proactively solve project challenges.

Foster team growth and morale

Ensure high-quality work to maintain a 90% client satisfaction rating.

Conduct safety meetings and uphold a zero-incident record.

Manage daily logs, schedules, and compliance with all policies.

Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel as needed.

Tech-savvy with knowledge of electrical codes & safety standards.
