House Manager / House Keeper / Personal Assistant (Cleaning & Household Coordination)

Location: Bellevue, WA

Hours: Part-time to Full-time (16–40 hours per week, your preference)

Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented House Manager / Personal Assistant to help maintain a clean, well-organized home and assist with household coordination. The ideal candidate takes initiative, enjoys keeping a home running smoothly, and is comfortable managing cleaning, errands, and scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Organization – Light house cleaning, tidying, laundry, and keeping household spaces well-maintained

Scheduling & Overseeing Services – Managing appointments for the house cleaner, pool cleaner, gardeners, and other home maintenance and repair providers

Meal Prep & Grocery Shopping – manage instacart food orders and meal prep, restocking household essentials

Errands & Household Management – Handling shipping returns, online orders, and bill payments

Family Support – Occasional school pickups for two 12-year-olds

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a self-starter mindset

Prior experience in household management or cleaning

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Strong references

Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible schedule (16–40 hours per week, based on your preference)

Competitive pay ($35–$45 per hour), based on experience
