Established (1988) and growing engineering firm with long term employment opportunity looking for office assistant
Part time opportunity with potential of turning into full time.
Hours are 9;00 AM to 2 PM M-F. part time.
We offer long term and steady employment.
Requirements:
- Manage daily operation of the office. mange emails, answer phone calls electronic filing, etc.
- Projects email management. Projects nontechnical email response. downloading and up loading drawings.
- Record new projects. manage projects schedule in process. release projects. etc.
-Mange billing and collection. Projects billing, collection, posting payments via quick-books desk top.
-company projects schedule updates. Company calendar, Employee schedule updates.
- Performing various data entry. Such as paperless filing, etc.
- Organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, punctual, reliable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Computer literacy. Word. Excel. Quick books desktop, invoicing and posting.
-Provide general administrative/office support. Update schedules, update project progress, various date entries, etc.
-Billing and collection. Receiving payments and posting in QuickBooks desk top.
-Part time opportunity with potential turning into full time employment.
Qualifications:
Self-starter, organized, motivated, willing to learn.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with, Word, Excel, emails, social media, research skills, quick books.
Administrative office experience is a plus.
Reliable form of transportation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Engineering office, architectural office, construction office, experience is plus.
