Litigation Paralegal
Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
Manage case files ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of case progress and client interactions.
Interview clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for case development.
Prepare trial materials and assist attorneys during trial proceedings as needed.
Maintain communication with clients regarding case updates and respond to inquiries promptly.
Ensure compliance with court deadlines and filing requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to litigation.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to extract relevant information from clients and witnesses.
Exceptional administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational abilities.
A degree in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
