Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Earn $70,000–$150,000+ Annually)

Priority Injury Advocates is seeking a Claims Recovery Specialist to identify and connect with potential clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents, negligence, or malpractice.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Successful specialists can earn $100–$500+ per signed client or a percentage of settlements, depending on case type and volume.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and reach out to individuals who may have viable personal injury claims.

Explain legal services and qualify potential clients based on case viability.

Guide clients through the intake process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case handoff.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up as needed.

Use various lead-generation strategies, including outbound calls, social media outreach, and referral networking.

Requirements:

Strong sales, persuasion, or customer service background (experience in legal intake, debt recovery, or insurance sales is a plus).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven—your success is in your hands!

Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy while maintaining professionalism.

Comfortable working in a commission-based structure with performance incentives.
