New French Restaurant in Yardley is looking for qualified Sous Chefs
La Grange Brasserie, an exciting new French restaurant opening in Yardley PA, is looking to hire talented and reliable Sous Chefs.
The Sous Chef’s responsibilities will be to aid the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef in the leadership of the kitchen. Sous chefs will need to have a positive presence and foster a culture of commitment to quality and kitchen performance. The sous chefs will need to be able to work every position on the line and uphold the kitchen’s standards of cleanliness and sanitation. A large part of this position is to be able to communicate effectively with other coworkers and to be able to train and develop the skills of the cooks in the kitchen. Other responsibilities would be to aid in the executive functions of the kitchen, such as ordering, menu development, food cost optimization and conflict resolution.
We are looking for individuals that are reliable and trustworthy, have interest or experience in French food and is agreeable to work with.
