Are you an experienced construction professional looking for hands-on fieldwork with a growing company? Pacific Tide Construction is hiring Field Support Staff to help build playgrounds, shade structures, and site amenities across California.

About the Role:

Our projects involve assembling pre-manufactured playground and shade structures on-site. Each playground post is securely installed with a 3-foot concrete footing, prepared using a skid steer auger, and assembled according to manufacturer guidelines. Some projects also include light site work, such as:

️ Demolition of old playgrounds

️ Removing existing playground surfacing and soils (4-6”) using a skid steer

️ Prepping sites for new installations

This type of work is ideal for those with experience in site work, concrete, carpentry, piping, or related trades.
