Office Assistant/Project Coordinator - Design/Build

We are a very busy, established Remodeling and Residential Construction company, looking for someone to join our amazing team.

Must work well with others, be detail oriented and efficient, and have a great attitude!

Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.

Compensation includes $26 per hour starting pay rate.

Upward mobility; promotions.

Benefits (sick pay, vacation pay, retirement plan).

This position provides support to Management and Field Crew by performing the following:

Coordinates and tracks all phases and details of the Projects from start to finish

Schedules subcontractors and field staff

Creates, maintains and updates project schedules in Knowify

Tracks and ensures all subcontractor compliance documents are current (licenses, workers compensation, GL, process waivers of subrogation, etc.)

Processes and maintains client contracts, subcontracts, change orders, design approvals, etc. via Docusign

Prepares project close out documents

Provides office support by performing the following:

Maintains/Updates online company calendar

Answers, documents and follows up on telephone calls and emails

Answers, schedules and documents incoming prospect calls

Maintains various paper filing systems

Maintains various electronic filing systems

Handles incoming and outgoing mail

Maintains clean and orderly office space

Monitors and orders necessary office supplies/services

Requests vendor quotes for materials

Purchases design materials, as required

Schedules and tracks material deliveries

Training is provided, but looking for someone who is willing to think for themselves and anticipate logical next steps.
