ROLE SUMMARY:
The Food Runner and Server Assistant will provide personalized and immaculate guest service and an elegant dining experience by anticipating and providing for all guest needs/requests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment. Open availability is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate the needs of customers and other team members.
- Assists servers with food &beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Communicates with management, and all other service staff regarding all customer needs comments or incidents.
- Cleans all spills immediately and notifies other staff members about potential hazards.
- Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- A valid FL Certified Food Handlers card is required.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant is preferred.
- Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.
