Duties:

Prepare briefs, legal opinions and file appeals in state and federal appellate courts. - Formulate the

defense, prepare and represent clients in court or before governmental agencies. - Evaluate and

develop legal strategies for the presentation of assigned cases. - Prepare, draft and review legal

arguments, motions and other legal matters. - Research and interpret laws, rules and regulations to

provide legal advice to clients. - Interpret laws, rulings and regulations to argue on behalf of clients.
