Sales Associate

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is your chance to join an Audio/Visual Engineering firm in a sales role. We sell and install equipment and design Audio/Visual systems for a variety of needs.

Your responsibility will be to call community centers, public access stations, and municipalities to see if they have any potential Audio/Visual, Technical, and Engineering needs.

When you find a lead and a customer requests a quote for products, services, or a newly designed studio, our team will work with you to create a tailored solution to meet the customer's needs. Next, we create a sales quote for you to send to the customer.

If the customer signs and proceeds with the quote you will then finalize the process by working with our accounting department to place the order with our vendors and invoice the customer.

COMPENSATION

The pay is made up of two parts. First, you get an upfront payment when the customer asks for a quote (flat rate for all quote requests).

Second, when the deal closes and the customer pays their bill, you will be paid a commission based upon a percentage of the net profit.

Your income is based upon 1.) How many leads you bring in and 2.) The total net income of the sale/job. Sales generally average between $2,000 - $130,000 per sale/job.

Performance-based bonuses awarded as you excel!

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a work from home position and does not require travel. You can set your own hours between 9:30am - 5:00pm Monday-Saturday.
