Take-Offs / Estimating ( LANDSCAPE & RESIDENTIAL MASONRY )

Looking for an individual that has extensive knowledge in the Landscape / Basic Masonry field to assist Designer with the following:

- Calculating square footages of turf grass, landscape beds and masonry patios etc

- Estimating materials based on those square footages

- Matching and locating existing materials- such as brick from existing foundation

- Put together plant and tree orders

- Work with Suppliers on orders and oversee deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 2 years experience in the estimating field

- General knowledge of basic masonry construction

- Experience in reading a Landscape Plan ( We do not use design software )

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION WITH FLEXIBLE HOURS. It is an in-office position to start.
