Experience in• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical area• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Information Systems or related area with proven experience as a Technical Analyst / Digital Marketing Specialist / Tagging Expert• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics (e.g. SEO, SEM, social media), web frameworks, User Experience (UX) principles (cross device and browser), design systems, and prototyping tools, Content Management Systems (CMS) (e.g. Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.), customer journey mapping, etc.• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to tell the “story.” Experience communicating technical information to stakeholders, peers, management and non-technical team members.
