You will primarily support our client’s 40+ application systems, troubleshoot production problems and vet requests for enhancements. Success in this role will require leveraging strong interpersonal skills to communicate evaluations based on technical proficiency and experience. This is the perfect opportunity for a proven performer with general applications support experience to dive deep into troubleshooting and implementation as we grow our client’s technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities:- Apply understanding of system features to help our business teams exploit current system functionality, increasing our return on investment through maximization of feature utilization and automation of processes
- Proactively monitor assigned production application systems to ensure early detection of issues, triaging incidents by providing timely support and maintenance
- Design and develop integrations to transfer data between enterprise applications using ESB Platform (Enterprise Systems Bus)
- Design and develop RAML based APIs
- Maintain documentation of development, test and production environments for assigned systems
- MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK FOR ANY EMPLOYER IN THE US (WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP)
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with advance knowledge of the SDLC and system integrations at a mid to large sized enterprise
- 3+ years’ experience with ESB integration platforms
- Proven experience in automation of tasks
- Experience managing external relationships and vendor partners
- Highly refined communication skills, with the ability to speak both to technical engineers and executive stakeholders
