Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify root cause and provide documentation on outage details and customer impact.
  • Serve as an escalation port to provide technical support for communications and collaboration systems
  • Provide expertise in designing communications and collaboration solutions, including physical and logical topology design and high availability architecture.
  • Manage the development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for communications and collaboration services.

Job QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
Experience
  • 1 year - Experience in the analysis and design of enterprise networks, as well as in troubleshooting and providing technical support for these system required
  • 7 years - Network Technology
Skills\Certifications
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis, plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills

Job Specific Requirements: Preferred skills below:- Experience with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)- Experience with SIPREC (Session Recording Protocol)- Experience designing, implementing and support Oracle/ACME Packet SBC’s- Experience supporting the Avaya Aura Platform (SM, CM, AES)- Experience with Avaya call routing (ARS, AAR, VDN’s, Vectors)- Experience implementing or supporting Verint Call Recording- Knowledge on VMWare ESXi
