Seeking a Power Platform Engineer for one of our client's in the Milwaukee area. If you have power apps experience and are interested, please send your resume to Erin at Role Purpose: The Power Platform Lead will design, develop, and deliver reliable, scalable applications and automation using DevOps methodologies and Microsoft Power App and Power Automation. Design and build DA&I solutions and services throughout the company. This role is DA&I's competitive advantage to delivering business outcomes via actionable applications, automation and help our businesses recognize value and here to shape how we deliver solutions going forward.The Power Platform Lead is multi-skilled engineer who helps to estimate work, accept stories into delivery increments and complete tasks to deliver the work. Is proficient in Power App and Power Automate as well as Power BI , SharePoint and the other Office applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs, codes and tests new Power App applications, including supporting applications and interfaces
  • Supports cross-functional development activity in various Connected Enterprise related projects, for internal and external customers
  • Proactively monitors industry trends and identifies opportunities to implement new technologies
  • Manages the DevOps pipeline deployment model
  • Implements software in all environments
  • Works with other engineers and architects to keep the architecture current
  • Assists in the support and enhancement of applications
  • Writes high-quality code compliant with regulations
  • Collaborates with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field is desired, but not required
  • Experience in systems development lifecycle
  • Experience in Analytical concepts and implementations
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and system/process documentation
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow)
  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint and Office Products
  • Familiarity with business concepts and data story telling
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
  • Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
