SM Under general supervision of the VP, Marketing and Strategy, the Sr Business Analyst supports the organization by analyzing and developing strategic opportunities for the Company. Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Manage projects related to strategic initiatives of the Company.
- Lead in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and new systems design; investigate complex strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutions.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions, gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, development, and testing phases.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, and workflow-process diagrams.
- Provide data and analyses in a timely manner, and verify the accuracy of data analyses produced by self or others.
- Analyze performance and ROI of current and newly implemented services.
- BA/BS in relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a proficiency in data manipulation using (Excel/Access)
- Must be proactive and have the ability to think outside the box, and effectively solve problems
- Can easily manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have good sense of prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, investigation and listening skills to solve problems and provide solutions in a positive and upbeat manner
- Self-motivated and organized to remain focused on objectives
- Previous operational pharmacy experience a plus
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and the company's competitors.
- Stands, walks, lifts and carries up to 30 pounds at one time, bends, turns, stoops, kneels, climbs, and uses many physical motions in performing day to day activities; finger dexterity, gripping, eye-hand coordination, visual acuity.
