Java Angular Senior Developer

Capgemini has an exciting opportunity for a Java Angular Developer. This role will serve as an individual technical contributor across multiple projects for an active application development team. Responsibilities will include developing and documenting applications, participating in sprint planning, participating in daily scrum meetings, and participating in regular code reviews.10+ years of development experience using Java framework with Object-Oriented design. In depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC.Experience with JavaScript libraries (JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, React)Must have experience with Agile development. Proven experience in Grunt, jQuery, AJAX.Strong knowledge of Web Service standards SOA, ReST, SOAP, WSDL, JSON and XML standards XML, XML Schema, XLST, XPath.Hands on knowledge JMS AMQP, Maria DB, JUnit. Previous experience working in Media Industry a plus.Nice to Have Skills: Experience using VersionOne a plus.Behavioral Competencies: Time management and problem solving abilities Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods. Supervise, train, mentor junior level programmers in programming and program coding. Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts, and software & solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects. Represent project teams in project/program meetings or in meetings with sponsor. Qualifications: 6-8 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelors Degree.Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
