Eloqua Specialist

Description The Creative Group (TCG) is looking for an Eloqua Specialist to join our client on a year-long, remote contract. The ideal candidate must be able to work East Coast hours. In this role, you will be working closely with Digital Strategist and Lifecycle teams to transform wireframe concepts into digitally feasible and strategically sound blueprints to drive demand. We are looking for an enthusiastic and structured professional who can discuss digital at both a business and technical level in a fast-paced environment.•Assess and fully understand the strategic project's desired outcome and key performance indicators•Own the digital solution architecture from end-to-end, including segmentation, marketing-tech activation, lead flow, and accurate campaign tracking•Work together with Digital Architecture teammates to spearhead segmentation build-out and activation to drive funnel conversion and velocity•Lead efforts to ensure database growth of in-profile contacts (organic and third-party)•Identifying and working w/ others to create canvases, segments, & troubleshoot when leads are routed incorrectly & reporting and analytics•Creating wireframes and propose structure decks and PPT's for stakeholders •Coordinate with Marketing Operations on data ecosystem and contact workflows•Liaison with Customer Lifecycle Marketing team on customer volume and quality and establish what areas need to be adjusted Requirements •Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field•5+ years of B2B marketing experience•Experience in IT/Technology marketing preferred•Inbound Marketing, Demand Generation or Marketing Operations background is preferred•Experience in Salesforce and Eloqua required •Track record in development and execution of successful digital programs•Demonstrated commitment to making an immediate impact through a positive and proactive nature•Excellent presentation and collaboration skills needed to drive solutions, gain credibility and build rapport within a high-performance team environment•Has a passion for "connecting the dots" across people, process, and technology The Creative Group (TCG), a Robert Half company, matches creative, digital and marketing professionals with some of the best companies on a freelance, project or direct-hire basis.
