Principal VDI Implementation Engineer / ArchitectLocation: National Capital Region (NCR)Travel: 25% outside NCR, 50% inside NCR Description:Work with a diverse team as primary responsible individual for implementing new Hyper Converged Infrastructure and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure deployments and integrating / expanding existing customer HCI and VDI environment.Assess existing environment for right-sizing infrastructure and health checks. Assist presales efforts to provide labor estimates. Train and receive training from fellow team members to cross pollinate skill sets.Minimum skills:

• Core services (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc) Windows Server 2016 and newer
• VMware VCP Foundations
• Switch configuration for greenfield
• Sec+
• Citrix 7.X or View 7.X
• TS (SSBI)
• Effective professional communication skills
• Visio for network diagram and system documentation
• Ability to quickly learn new technology
• Work effectively within deadlines

• Citrix Certification
• Liquidware Labs
