Wanted: Make Ready Tech/Porter for Immediate Hire!

We are looking to hire a full time Porter/Maintenance/Make Ready Tech who will be responsible for the following:

-To work as a team with the rest of the maintenance staff and respond to maintenance requests in a timely fashion.

-To maintain cleanliness and condition of the interior and exterior of the property.

-To conduct turns of vacated units including painting, cleaning, janitorial duties, dry wall work, general repairs, appliance repairs, and generally making units ready and in top quality condition for new tenants to occupy. At least 2 years experience required. Experience with paint sprayer preferred.

-To clean and maintain pool, hot tub and pool area in top condition and in accordance with state public pool and management requirements. Applicant must have CPO (Certified Pool Operator License).

-To have a professional and positive attitude.

-To be self motivated and able to work without constant supervision.

-To be organized, detailed, and have excellent work ethic.

Qualifications:

-Previous maintenance/apartment make ready experience is a must.

-Pool maintenance certification (CPO license) required.

-Must be neat, well groomed, well-spoken, and able to interact with residents and management in polite and courteous manner.

-A minimum of 2 years experience is required.

-Must have a valid drivers license.

-Valid HVAC license is is greatly preferred.
