Our new branch in North Cheyenne is under construction and we are excited to be growing our team! As a New Accounts and Onboarding Specialist, you are the initial contact for new members joining Meridian Trust. You must be enthusiastic about providing world-class service to be successful in this role. You ask questions to understand what's important to them and use your knowledge of our products and services to determine how we can help meet their financial needs. When opening Consumer, Business, and Entity account types, you collect required information, input and verify data and member information in multiple systems. Must provide exceptional service in enrolling members, answering questions, setting up electronic services, and will make contact through the first 90 days for new members and new services. You will also assist our existing members with new sub accounts, electronic services and other account products and services. As part of the onboarding and new account process, there may be additional opportunities that may be referred to other areas of the business (e.g. lending or commercial services). You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun and supportive environment.

Two years of MSR/Teller/retail banking experience with financial institution required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in customer service or sales environment.
