We are seeking energetic and patient individuals to act as a mentor at our client's place of employment. It is difficult to find employer's who are willing to hire people with disabilities. So when they do, we want to help them keep their job. You are vital in this. You will help keep them on task, remind them of steps, and just act as a support.

This is a perfect job for someone seeking part time who has flexibility. We have two options available:

One client works approximately 10 hours total on Friday's, Saturday's and Sundays between the hours of 8a and 5p. The shift is typically one of these combinations: 8a-10a, 11:30-2:00, or 12-5. You will know a week in advance what your schedule will be.

The second client works 15-20 hours a week on Tuesday-Sunday. The shifts range between 10a-7p such as: 10a-12:30p, 11:30-2:30, 2p-6p, 4-7. You will know a week in advance what your schedule will be.

Our clients don't have set schedules just like a lot of retail, restaurant jobs, etc. So it is vital to have some flexibility in your week. We can find you hours if you have any availability during the week. Because we ask for so much flexibility, we pay accordingly. The pay is $11.55-$12.00/hour depending on your availability and experience.
