Customer Service Rep/Claims Processor

Job SummaryWill be conversing with people that are in need of DME via their auto insurance. More than likely have had a car accident of some kind and potential conversations can be hard. They offer all services via the insurance organization and case to manage cases for DME, orthotics, transportation, translation and interpretation, home health, home modifications, vehicle mods, home mods, infusion, pharmacy, home evaluations, hearing aids. Wide variety of things they are authorizing. Must be able to put puzzles of the piece together. Find the provider, give order to provider, authorize the service, negotiate rates, and case management dutiesHours: 8:30am to 5pm.
