Busy HVAC Contractor seeking an Accounting / Admin support professional. Preferably with at least 1-year experience in accounting construction administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and proactive, and will have an upbeat and positive attitude. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. This candidate will be willing to learn all facets of accounting and Human Resource administrative tasks.
The Accounting Clerk/HR Admin will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
1. Accounting Support for Controller.
2. Admin support for Human Resources.
3. Clerical organization is a must.
CANDIDATE MUST:
1. Have a minimum of 1-year Accounting experience.
2. Be comfortable maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
3. Be a fast learner.
4. Be a self-starter.
5. Possess strong communication skills (written, verbal).
6. Be responsible/reliable and capable of maintaining confidentiality at all times.
7. MUST know Excel, Word and Outlook
8 SuccessWare 21 experience a Plus.

This is a permanent, full-time position. Hourly rate is to be determined based on experience/skill level & we offer a competitive range of health, dental, vision and 401k benefits. Hours are M-F 8:30am-5pm.
