If so, do you want to join a crew of seafaring misfits at a nautical, tropical bar with ridiculously good food, called Boat Drinks, in St. Augustine, FL? If you didn’t get the reference, do yourself a favor and Google “Rupert Holmes - Escape (The Piña Colada Song)”.

Boat Drinks is focused on fresh tropical cocktails and the abundance of local seafood in Florida and its surrounding waters. Drawing on inspiration from old-school Florida, Creole cuisine and the Caribbean, shellfish and finfish are prepared such that the ingredients are highlighted, instead of breading & frying the life out of it. The same fresh focus and attention to detail carries over to our cocktails, but you could have guessed that already with a name like Boat Drinks. BTW, we are owner-operators, who have been in this industry for a long time, so we’ll be in the wheelhouse with you instead of trying to steer the ship from the shore.

We are extremely passionate about three things: 1. Balanced tropical drinks; 2. Great seafood, simply prepared; and 3. Throwing a party every day. We are also passionate about hiring crew members with good attitudes and solid work ethics. We are looking for motivated BOH to join our crew. We are an open kitchen, so we run a small crew and a clean kitchen with nothing to hide. If you like taking things from the freezer and dropping them in the fryer, we're not the right fit for you. Our seafood is always fresh and we take pride in every dish we send out.
