Hiring Painter for Apartment Complex– Full Time

We are currently seeking a full-time painter for our 345 Unit Apartment Complex in Port Richey Florida. The skills required for this position are detailed below. This job will require you to report to a Maintenance Supervisor and/or the Apartment Manager. Reliable transportation and the ability to work with a team is a must. This Position is Full Time Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

-Ability to operate a Paint Sprayer cleanly and efficiently

-Cleanly use a Brush and Roller as needed

-Drywall patches, replacement, and repairs

-Texture Matching Repairs

-Ownership of basic hand tools

-Ability to maintain paint praying equipment

-Able to Properly Mask and Prep area to limit any over spray

-Ability to Lift Buckets of Paint and Drywall to Upstairs Units

-Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision

- Ability to Safely Operate a Golf Cart

This is a physically demanding position that will require you to be on your feet most of the day to perform essential tasks. Again, please have reliable transportation and the ability to work with a team is a must.

This Position starts at $14.00-$15.00/hr depending on skill level and will come with a 90 probationary period.
