POSITION SUMMARY The Contract Specialist is responsible for reviewing, writing, executing, storing and communicating RTL client contract details in a timely, organized and efficient fashion. The Contract Specialist reports to the Director of Business Development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY ACTIVITIES) Primary duties include: Monitoring and responding to contract requests from the Sales Department, Business Development Department and directly from RTL clients. Other duties include account relationship management, pricing analysis, research and customer account analysis, coordination with corporate counsel, proactive communication with Sales, Business Development and Accounting Departments regarding contract details, sales correspondence and special projects as assigned. Essential Job Functions A. Contract Administration Contract review, creation, development, execution with Senior Management and communication with key RTL staff Create and execute Business Associate Agreements, Contract Addendums, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and similar documents as required Organize, maintain and electronically track all contracts and related documents Maintain physical contract files with original contract documentation Coordinate contract review with Director of Business Development, Director of Sales, Senior Management, Sales staff and Corporate Counsel Respond to contract requests within five to seven business days Complete contract review as necessary to extract key client information in order to respond to RTL operational changes Support contract management software/CRM systems Create contract and Business Development correspondence as needed Develop and maintain contract expiration reports for the Sales and Business Development Departments Provide daily bid review back-up as necessary Provide support to the Accounting Department during SOX and PWC audits. B. Pricing Analysis and Customer Account Analysis Upon request provide: Customer contract pricing, transaction and terms/conditions research Retrieve information from multiple database reports Additional research and support for the Business Development Department as requested QUALITY REQUIREMENTS Qualification Standards Must be computer literate with above average proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Ability to learn and navigate multiple database programs Ability to meet critical deadlines under stressful conditions Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, management and clients Self-motivated and able to work independently Able to move between projects and duties quickly and efficiently Good organizational skills Excellent time management skills DIMENSIONS Experience and Education Required to Perform the Job Contract Administration Experience Experience in sales preferred A minimum of five to seven years of experience in contract administration, sales and/or business process is preferred.
