ROLE SUMMARYThe Quality Control (QC) Analytical group is seeking a highly motivated candidate to support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) sampling and analytical testing of raw materials at the Andover, MA site. The candidate will perform sampling, testing, and support activities for raw materials, attend meetings, and participate in continuous improvement activitiesROLE RESPONSIBILITIESPerform Raw Material Sampling in the GMP warehouse to support clinical and commercial manufacturing operations.

Perform Daily Sanitization of ISO classified Sampling Areas.

Perform and Review Appearance, Gas, and Raman Spectroscopy testing on Raw Materials.

Participate in continuous improvement culture within sampling areas. Identify opportunities for improvements and utilize site continuous improvement tools.

Plan and prioritize assignments to meet department and site goals.

Record and maintain all related data and records in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and quality procedures.

Perform work in a manner consistent with company safety policies and procedures.

Participate in company culture based programs.

Perform additional tasks as needed in the QC Analytical Department

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or Equivalent or Associates Degree with 2-5 years of related laboratory experience required OR Bachelor's Degree in related scientific discipline with 0-2 years of related laboratory experience.

Proficiency with computer systems (i.e., Microsoft Office applications).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSQC laboratory experience within a GMP laboratory, including: QC analytical testing, Raman Spectroscopy testing, sampling raw materials preferred.

Understanding of GMP concepts preferred.

Experience with Labware LIMS preferred.

Prior forklift experience preferred.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS5 to 8 hours walking, lifting, moving materials in the warehouse.

Occasional lifting of 50 - 100 pounds (can be assisted if needed)

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTSPosition is first shift Monday through Friday. Some off hour (night/weekend/holiday) support may be required to support staff and operations.
