job summary:Our client, a rapidly growing software company in Edison is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team including a salespeople, Account Managers and several pre-sales people. You will also be expected to sell. Key to the teams success is their ability to deliver insight about an unidentified issue or opportunity which the team is uniquely positioned to solve location: Iselin, New Jerseyjob type: Permanentsalary: $160,000 - 175,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:

  • The Head of Sales captains our agile team of sales executives in the US market.
  • The Head of Sales ensures the team consistently teaches existing and potential customers how to think differently about technology and implementations.
  • Ensures all sales executives understand how to message solutions based on the uniqueness of a customer.
  • Spearheads the team as they drive to uncover opportunities in new and existing clients.
  • Experience selling complex financial solutions in the financial services industry (for a vendor.)
  • Experience with sales of SaaS, not a big common SaaS (SAP, Salesforce) solution, but a smaller software vendor that provides complex, critical software solutions to large, and medium sized companies. Product should have a long sales cycle and $MM price.
  • Experience level: Director
  • Minimum 7 years of experience
