Our client is seeking an individual who has both functional and technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics Nav. They will be responsible for interacting in areas concerning troubleshooting, support, and training.
SUMMARY - Contribute to internal implementation projects.- Manage system configuration.- Implement gathered user requirements in NAV and follow the business process models throughout development, testing, delivery, and training.- Integrate additional add-ons and applications.- Gather system design documents, test scripts, functional requirement document, and user manual.- Provide support for users and handle additional training needed.- Assist NAV Helpdesk and troubleshoot problems MUST-HAVE SKILLS- Microsoft Dynamics NAV- Implementation using NAV- Gathering requirements- SQL reports- Accounting & Finance knowledge NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS- Business Central- Business IntelligenceVacancy expired!
