job summary:

Description:
  • Responsible for providing inputs to Test Strategy document(s), Test Plan(s), Testing Tracker(s), Test Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports
  • Coordinate process team input into testing deliverables
  • Responsible for creating and executing test scripts, reviewing test scripts written by offshore team, and KT to offshore team to avoid any knowledge gaps
  • Manage day-to-day activity of onshore and offshore testers, including manual and automated testing
  • Coordinate prioritization of test scripts and defects
  • Ensure testing is on schedule and escalate any issues/concerns
  • Ensure defects are assigned and being worked on
  • Understanding of End to End Testing Cycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in driving the QA release cycle End to end, defect reporting
  • Hands-on work experience in preparing Test plans, Test Scripts, and requirements traceability matrix

Required Skills:
  • Financial domain experience specifically in Accounts Payable or Fixed Assets concepts/systems
  • Hands on experience in HP ALM/QC
  • At least 5 years of experience in test planning and execution
  • Understanding and use of various test design techniques
  • Experience working with Development, Test Leads/Test Coordinators, Production Support, Change Management, and Business partners
  • End-to-end process test coordination experience
  • Experience leading onshore or offshore testers, ensuring tests are on time and triaging any issues that arise
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Agile SDLC experience
  • Experience in Automation (Preferred: Tosca, QTP)
