job summary:

• Should have at least 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Application Servers (e.g. Websphere), Databases (e.g. Oracle DB) is a big plus
• Knowledge of N-Tier application architecture
• Experience with CICD setup & tools (e.g. BitBucket, Jenkins, Artifactory)
• Experience with release of DB schema changes within master script files. Datical experience is a plus.
• Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Pega platform installation and deployment as an EAR or WAR file.
• Experience with Pega platform upgrade is a plus.
• Experience PegaRules logs monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Performance monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Pega security model, authentication model, and the Pega security checklist.

• Monitoring the health of Pega applications using Pega features as well as external tools like AppDynamics and Splunk
• Monitoring Pega Alerts and adjusting thresholds.
• Monitoring and optimizing Pega guardrails and compliance score by working with the development team.
• Lead/Assist with platform related troubleshooting
• Work with Pega systems for resolution of the Pega SR's raised for Pega product issues for timely resolution.
