We are seeking multiple Low Latency Developers to join our trading teams. We want to hire people who are hardworking and collaborative and who have a passion for what they do. location: NEW YORK, New Yorkjob type: Permanentsalary: $160,000 - 180,000 per yearwork hours: 9am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:

  • Architecting the trading platform to facilitate the evolving needs of the team's trading strategies, with emphasis on market data interfaces
  • Providing robust access to live and historical market data by leading development sprints and release cycles
  • Working with development and support teams to adapt to exchange technical upgrades
  • Evaluating how to best leverage market information into trading decisions
  • Optimizing and adapting the platform by taking advantage of technology advancements in networking and systems
  • Designing accelerated microwave solutions to efficiently transmit across co-locations
  • Contributing towards the team's technical direction by driving new initiatives

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
  • At least 4 years of experience in the finance industry
  • Expert background in C/C, and proficiency in Python/Bash
  • Passionate about designing in-house trading systems that are robust, resilient, and extremely fast
  • A true self-starter, motivated to learn existing operations and uncover hidden problems
  • Experience working with global development teams
