job summary:As a Product Support Engineer 4, you will lead collaboration and coordination efforts with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines, resulting in increased yields and resolving issues that may arise during production builds, product testing, and the integration of our industry-leading radar and electronic warfare products and systems. This position supports the Advanced Systems & Technologies (AS&T) division, which specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies using small company agility and big company experience. location: Plano, Texasjob type: Permanentsalary: $75,000 - 130,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to proactively and efficiently resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration
  • Create and present effective metrics to measure production test flow and yields
  • Leadership of failure analysis and subsequent root cause determination and implementation of corrective actions
  • Interface with supply chain and supplier to resolve production issues
  • Partnering in the development of test equipment and establishment of test requirements and procedures
  • Lead design disciplines to troubleshoot, failure analysis and root cause determination and subsequent corrective actions
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues down to circuit card assembly (CCA) and component level, including analog, digital, power and RF circuitry
  • Direct reviews of LabView-based test set hardware and software to increase test-time efficiency
  • Address electrical component parts management issues raised by obsolescence or other component technical alerts.
  • Identify and implement circuit card assembly and subassembly design updates

qualifications:
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
skills:
  • Electrical Engineering (3 years of experience is required)
  • PCB Testing (2 years of experience is required)
  • Radio Frequency (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • manufacturing (4 years of experience is required)
